This year, Xavier Veilhan, together with the pavilion’s curators Christian Marclay and Lionel Bovier, have transformed the French Pavilion into a musical space in which musicians work throughout the duration of the exhibition.
Art, music and the permeability between the Biennale and Venice are at the very heart of this project, which is why MORE associates itself to the musical programming of Studio Venezia.
Several artists will play at both More Festival and Studio Venezia but in the meantime, others have already experienced creation and recording at the pavillion. Here are the first pictures.
Xavier is also a great selector with refined tastes. He will do the honor of opening the festival on Thursday 8th at Palazzo Ca' Zenobio.
